BBVA said on Tuesday it executed partial capital reduction agreement, cutting capital by 26.6 million euros.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica said on Tuesday its unit Telefonica Tech agreed to sell its businesses in Colombia, Mexico and Chile to hiberus.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Iberdrola said 80% of turbines at its Vineyard Wind offshore project in Massachusetts are already operating and will not be affected by a U.S. government order halting leases for five major wind projects, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Wednesday.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC

Grifols plans to repurchase plasma suppliers Haema and BPC from Scranton Enterprises in 2026 for over 500 million euros, after delaying the deal amid leverage concerns, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Wednesday.
