July 30 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

SANTANDER SAN.MC

Santander said on Wednesday its net profit in the second quarter rose 7% compared to the same period in 2024 as higher fees and lower loan loss provisions offset a decline in lending income.

CAIXABANK CABK.MC

Caixabank said on Wednesday its net profit fell 11% in the second quarter from the same period in 2024 due to the impact from the renewed banking tax and lower lending income.

FERROVIAL FER.MC

Spanish construction giant Ferrovial reported on Tuesday a rise of 30% in first-half profit while the toll roads business in the United States and Canada continued to deliver strong revenues.

AENA AENA.MC

Spanish airport operator Aena posted a rise of 10.5% in first-half net profit while passenger traffic continued to grow in the world's second-most visited country after France.

Separately, it said it would increase its maximum annual revenue per passenger in 2026 by 6.5% to 11.03 euros.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Spanish telecom giant Telefonica booked a net loss of 51 million euros in the second quarter due to currency swings and capital impairments on assets sold in Latin America.

REPSOL REP.MC

Berenberg raised Repsol's recommendation to "buy" from "hold" and its price target to 16.5 euros from 12 euros.

REDEIA REDE.MC

Redeia said on Wednesday it booked a second-quarter net profit of 131.6 million euros.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC

Grifols said on Tuesday it was reaffirming its 2025 guidance after booking a 176.8 million euro net profit in the first half of the year.

SACYR SCYR.MC

Sacyr said on Tuesday it booked a 95.5 million euro net profit in the first half of the year.
