May 13 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

NATURGY NTGY.MC

Naturgy said on Monday it issued senior unsecured notes for an aggregate amount of 1.0 billion euros ($1.11 billion).

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

Cellnex said on Monday it sold 750 million euros worth of bonds to finance its general corporate purposes.

SABADELL SABE.MC, UNICAJA UNI.MC

Spanish lender Unicaja UNI.MC denied on Monday that it held talks about a merger with Banco Sabadell SABE.MC after Bloomberg News reported the lenders held informal discussions for it.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC

Grifols' net profit almost tripled from a year earlier, which the Spanish drugmaker said reinforced its confidence in meeting its full-year guidance.

MINOR HOTELS EUROPE & AMERICAS NHH.MC

The company said on Monday its first-quarter net recurring loss narrowed to 22 million euros. Separately, it also said on Monday it signed syndicated financing agreement of up to 400 million euros.

VOCENTO VOC.MC

Vocento said on Monday its first-quarter net profit was 8.4 million euros.

SANTANDER SAN.MC

RBC raised its target price to 6.50 euros from 5.90 euros, while Morgan Stanley raised its target to 8 euros from 7.4 euros.

REPSOL REP.MC

HSBC cut its target price to 11.4 euros from 11.5 euros.
