Sacyr said on Thursday it would exchange all validly offered notes due March 2026 and April 2027 for aggregate principal amount of 271.2 million euros ($307.00 million).

Moody's Ratings said on Thursday it upgraded Grifols' rating to B2 with outlook positive.

TUBACEX TUBA.MC

Tubacex said on Thursday it would pay a gross dividend of 0.20 euro per share on May 30.

GRUPO SAN JOSE GSJ.MC

The company said on Thursday its first-quarter net profit was 10.6 million euros.
