NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders
of Grit will be held at 1.00 p.m. Mauritian time (9.00 a.m. UK time) on
Wednesday, 30 November 2022 at 3rd floor, La Croisette Shopping Centre, Grand
Baie, Mauritius to transact the business as set out in the Notice of the AGM.

 

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register
to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM is Monday, 28 November 2022, with
the last day to trade being Wednesday, 23 November 2022.

 

The Notice of AGM 2022 and the Form of Proxy were mailed to shareholders or
otherwise made available on Friday, 28 October 2022 and the Notice of AGM 2022
is also available to view and download on the Company's website at:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been
