Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited is a Mauritius-based real estate company. The Company is focused on real estate investment assets in pre-selected African countries, except South Africa. The Company is focused on investing in, developing and managing a diversified portfolio of assets underpinned by predominantly United States Dollar and Euro-denominated long-term leases with multi-national tenants. Its portfolio consists of various property sectors, including office, retail, hospitality, light industrial and corporate accommodation. The Company’s properties are located across various countries, such as Mauritius, Mozambique, Morocco, Kenya, Zambia, Ghana, Botswana, Mali, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Senegal. Its property portfolio comprises a total of 59 assets, out of which 24 properties are held in Letlole La Rona in Botswana. The Company's subsidiaries include Grit Services Limited, Grit West Africa Limited, HM&K Properties Limited, and IDC Kenya Investments Limited.
