         NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS AND INVESTOR PRESENTATION VIA INVESTOR MEET COMPANY

                                                 

The board of Directors (the “Board”) of Grit  Real Estate Income Group Limited will announce  the
Group's full year results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2024 on Wednesday, 30 October 2024.

The Company will host a live webcast and conference call on Wednesday, 30 October 2024 at  2:00pm
Mauritius / 10:00am UK /  12:00pm South Africa via the  Investor Meet Company platform, with  the
presentation being open to  all existing and potential  shareholders. Questions can be  submitted
pre-event via your  Investor Meet Company  dashboard up until  12:00pm Mauritius /  08:00am UK  /
10:00am South Africa the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
