Non-executive director appointment

 

Ground Rents Income Fund plc announces the appointment of Judith MacKenzie as
an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 17
November 2025.

 

Judith is an experienced investment professional with fund management,
investment trust and private equity experience. She is currently a Partner and
member of the Executive Committee at Downing LLP and Head of Downing Fund
Managers. Downing LLP has over £2 billion of funds under management. Previous
roles include Senior Investment Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management Growth
Capital and Partner at Acuity Capital Management LLP. Judith is currently a
Non-Executive Director (and former Chair) of the Quoted Companies Alliance.

 

Judith's appointment follows the announcement on 16 September 2025 that Barry
Gilbertson will retire as Non-Executive Chair of the Company and from the
Board of Directors at the time of publication of the 2025 Annual Report,
currently expected during December 2025. It is proposed that Judith will
succeed Barry as Chair.
