March 9(Reuters) - Netwatch AG  AMMG.D : 
    * Said on Wednesday that TGA Verwaltungs UG purchased 
360,000 shares (corresponding to 90 percent of share capital) of 
Netwatch 
    * After completion of transfer of shares, the current Board 
of Management will resign from the office
