    * Cobalt Ground Solutions is a subsidiary of Groupe Air 
France -KLM 
    * Acquisition of Cobalt Ground Solutions is effective 
January 1, 2017 
    * Acquisition of Cobalt Ground Solutions is expected to 
bring to airport division of co additional turnover of more than 
40 million euros ($42.08 million) in FY
