March 30 (Reuters) - Groupe Crit SA  CITT.PA : 
    * Reported on Tuesday FY net income group share of 73.5 
million euros ($83.3 million), up by 21.1 pct 
    * FY operating income is 102.3 million euros, up 24.3 pct 
    * FY revenue is 1.94 billion euros, up by 14.4 pct 
    * Proposes FY dividend of 0.40 euro per share (+29 pct) 
    * Said all conditions are met to reach 2016 revenue of above
