much as 2.8% to A$4.110, lowest since Aug. 30
    ** Real estate investment trust expects to buy 14.74 mln new
stapled securities in peer APN Industria REIT  ADI.AX  at an
issue price of A$3.45/security for A$50.87 mln ($36.92

    ** GOZ says acquisition to maintain co's 14.5% holding in
ADI after ADI's equity raising announced on Sept. 23
    ** Says acquisition to be funded using existing debt
