April 22 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    CATALANA OCCIDENTE  GCO.MC  
    Atradius Finance accepted a repurchase of subordinated notes
validly tendered under a tender offer of 242.1 million euros 
($258.13 million), Catalana Occidente (GCO) said on Friday.
Additionally, Atradius Credito y Caucion issued subordinated
notes for a principal amount of 300 million euros, GCO added.
