Dec 11 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

BBVA BBVA.MC:

BBVA said on Wednesday the Spanish bank and Stellantis STLAM.MI received the green light for their auto financing venture in Argentina.

BBVA also said on Wednesday it completed the share buyback program for about 0.93% of its share capital.

INDRA IDR.MC:

Indra's Board said on Wednesday it sees a potential merger with Escribano aligned with strategy.

NATURGY NTGY.MC:

J.P. Morgan said it closes placement of 7.1% of Naturgy for 24.75 euros per share.

AMREST EATP.WA:

Amrest said on Wednesday it will pay a gross dividend of 0.07 euros per share on December 22.

GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE GCO.MC:

Inoc said on Wednesday it will request Spain's Regulator CNMV to approve the suspension Grupo Catalana Occidente's share trading on Dec 16.

FERROVIAL FERF.AS:

Ferrovial has submitted through its unit Cintra an unsolicited proposal to Pennsylvania’s transport department to expand and operate a section of the I-76 highway under a 50-year public-private partnership, with an estimated investment of $5 billion, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Thursday.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC:

Jefferies cuts Iberdrola to hold from buy and raises target price to 19.2 euros from 17.6 euros.

BANKINTER BKT.MC:

Exane BNP Paribas cuts Bankinter to neutral from outperform.
