ACS said on Friday it had modified the share buy-back
programme it started on Feb. 24 to take into account the
redemption of 2.6 million shares as a result of a second

Expansion reported on Monday that CriteriaCaixa is analysing
the possibility of acquiring a stake in water management company
Aguas De Barcelona (Agbar), in which it sold a 24% stake in

Atradius, the credit insurance subsidiary of Catalana
Occidente, has requested authorisation from the UK regulator to
set up a branch in Britain. It expects the application to be
approved in the first review round, which could take place at
the beginning of the second half of the year, Expansion

RBC downgraded the company to 'underperform' from 'sector
