CATALANA OCCIDENTE GCO.MC

Catalana Occidente's majority shareholder Inoc launched on Thursday a takeover bid for the company for 50 euros per share. The company's board said it would review terms and conditions of the takeover offer.

OHLA OHLA.MC

The company said on Thursday four board members and its Chief Financial Officer quit and announced a 50 million euro  ($53.92 million) capital increase. nL5N3QB07P

TUBACEX TUBA.MC

The company said on Friday it appointed Josu Imaz as new CEO as of mid-April.

PRISA PRS.MC

The company said on Thursday that Oviedo Holdings had requested opening of extraordinary conversion period of convertible notes due 2028 and 2029.
