Fund Manager Stoneshield Capital is in talks with ACS to acquire around 50% of Clece, the services division of the Spanish construction company, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday, citing several market sources.

GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE GCO.MC

Inocsa's Board decided on Tuesday to increase its offer for Catalana Occidente by 0.75 euros per share, for a total cash consideration of 49.75 euros per share.

GLOBAL DOMINION DOMI.MC

The company reported on Wednesday a 9-month net profit of 6.1 million euros, impacted by valuation adjustment on photovoltaic assets in the Dominican Republic, following the divestment completed in July.
