BBVA BBVA.MC
Spain's BBVA on Thursday said its third-quarter net profit fell 3.7% year-on-year as higher lending income was offset by a fall of the Mexican peso and lower trading gains in Spain, where it recently failed in its takeover bid for Sabadell SABE.MC.
TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Telefonica is planning to sell its subsidiary in Mexico to Beyond One for more than 500 million euros, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.
REPSOL REP.MC
Repsol said on Thursday it booked a net income of 574 million euros in the third quarter.
INDRA IDR.MC
Indra said on Thursday it booked a net profit of 77 million euros in the third quarter.
On Wednesday, the company said it had signed an agreement with Multiverse Computing to advance efficient AI and quantum technologies in the defence sector.
GRUPO CATALANA OCCIDENTE GCO.MC
Grupo Catalana Occidente said on Thursday the acceptance period for Inocsa's takeover bid on its shares is going to be from October 30 to November 28.

Fluidra said on Thursday it booked a 9-month net income of 163 million euros.
