Feb 10 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    Poland's state fund PFR intends to make an offer to buy the
Spanish train maker, the Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on
Saturday, citing a statement from the Polish fund.
    
    EZENTIS  EZEN.MC  
    The company said on Friday it had issued convertible bonds
worth 1.1 million euros  ($1.13 million). 
    
    IAG  ICAG.L  
    Goldman Sachs cut its recommendation to "neutral" from
"buy", raised its target price to 375p from 300p.
