ACS ACS.MC

ACS will integrate the Texas operations of unit FlatironDragados with Pulice Construction to enhance synergies and leverage combined strengths, the company said on Thursday.

COLONIAL SFL COL.MC

Colonial and a group of investors lead by Andbank have formed HQ America, a new company which holds Naturgy's NTGY.MC  Madrid HQ and has begun steps to list it on the Spanish stock exchange, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.

EZENTIS EZEN.MC

Ezentis said on Friday it booked a 3.2 million euro net loss in 2025.
