EZENTIS EZEN.MC:

Ezentis said on Tuesday it issued a new tranche of 220 convertible bonds for 1.1 million Euros.

MAPFRE MAP.MC:

Mapfre said it set terms for two senior note issues of €500 million each, maturing in January 2032 and 2036, and expects settlement on January 20.

FERROVIAL FERF.AS:

Ferrovial agreed to sell its industrial engineering unit Siemsa to Serveo, as part of its strategy to exit services and focus on construction and transport infrastructure businesses, Spanish newspaper ElEconomista reported on Wednesday.
