Nov 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC 
    Spanish telecoms company Telefonica said on Wednesday that
the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of
Investment Disputes (ICSID) had ordered the Colombian government
to pay it $380 million as part of an arbitration process. 
    
    IBERDROLA  IBE.MC  
    Iberdrola is left alone in the bidding for Neoen's
renewables in Australia after HMC's withdrawal, according to the
Spanish newspaper el Economista, citing Australian news outfit
Financial Review. 
    
    MERLIN PROPERTIES  MRL.MC , INMOBILIARIA COLONIAL  COL.MC  
    Merlin and Colonial are considering moving the companies'
headquarters out of Spain if a tax exemption for real estate
companies is scrapped, Cinco Dias reported late on Wednesday.
    
    APPLUS  APPS.MC  
    The company reported on Wednesday 9-month operating profit
of 189 million euros ($199.38 million). 
    
    EZENTIS  EZEN.MC  
    Ezentis reported on Wednesday 9-month sales worth 10.5
million euros.
    
    OHLA  OHLA.MC  
    OHLA said on Wednesday it would pay coupon of notes due on
September 15.
    
    AMREST  EATP.WA   
    The company reported on Wednesday a third quarter net profit
of 26.3 million euros.
