GS Chain Plc (LSE: GSC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Paul
Carroll to the Board as Executive Director, with immediate effect.

 

Mr. Paul Carroll - Executive Director

 

Mr. Paul Caroll (aged 57) is an experienced C-Suite professional with over 30
years of operational, financial and corporate governance experience.

 

In addition to his appointment at GS Chain, Mr. Carroll currently holds, or
has held during the past five years the following directorships:
