The Company announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at
10:30am (London Time) on March 4(th) 2026 at Birchin Court, 20 Birchin Lane,
Bank, London, EC3V 9DU, United Kingdom.

 

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the
Notice of AGM.

 

The Company expects to post the Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy
and other necessary documents, to shareholders shortly. The Notice of AGM will
also be made available on the Company's website.
