GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that Chong
Loong Fatt Garies ("Garies Chong"), Non-executive Director, has resigned from
the Board of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on his other
business endeavours.

Tone Goh, Chairman of GST, commented: "I would like to thank Garies for his
contribution to GST and we wish him well in his future endeavours."
