GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announce the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 11 a.m. (SGT) on 20
October 2023 at 5(th) Floor, International Plaza, 10 Anson Road, Singapore,
348574.

 

The Notice of AGM is being posted to shareholders today and will shortly be
available on the Company's website at https://www.gstechnologies.co.uk

Please note the venue for the AGM has changed from that in the Notice of AGM
and an addendum has been posted to shareholders.
