Total Voting Rights

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, makes the following
announcement in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As of 30 November 2023 the Company has 1,915,222,277 share of no par value in
issue ("Shares"), each with one voting right. There are 60,000,000 Shares held
in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of Shares and voting rights
is 1,855,222,277 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
