    ** Co announces acquisition of Canada-based PAYPT Finance
    ** Says PAYPT holds Money Services Business ("MSB") licence
which has varied range of financial activities 
    ** MSB license includes foreign exchange dealings;
cryptoasset dealing; money transfer services; and authorizations
for the issuance of debit cards and IBANs
