** Shares of AI stocks extend declines in premarket trade
after U.S. President Joe Biden's comments on Tuesday
** Biden said it remains to be seen whether artificial
intelligence (AI) is dangerous, but underscored that technology
companies had a responsibility to ensure their products were
safe before making them public.
** AI software co C3.ai Inc AI.N down 5.1% at $23.8; stock
also down on short seller Kerrisdale Capital's report on co's
accounting issues
** Thailand security firm Guardforce AI GFAI.O falls 11.1%
to $11.6, while BullFrog AI Holdings Inc BFRG.O slides 9.3% to
$5.3
** Data analytics firm BigBear.ai BBAI.N off 6.3% and
conversation intelligence co SoundHound AI SOUN.O loses 3.9%
** OpenAI partner Microsoft Corp's MSFT.O slips 0.2%
