    ** Co says CFO Markus Neubrand is stepping down to pursue
another opportunity; appoints Dennis Secor as interim CFO
effective Aug. 26
    ** Says it has initiated search for its next finance chief,
who is expected to be based out of GES's headquarters in Lugano,
Switzerland
    ** As of previous close, stock had risen 6.3% YTD
