Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

 

The directors of Guinness VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce
their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of new
Ordinary Shares in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 tax years.

 

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected
to be published in September 2024.
