Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription and Confirmation of Corporate
Broker

 

 

The directors of Guinness VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce
their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of new
Ordinary Shares in the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years.

 

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected
to be published in September 2023.

 

The directors are also pleased to confirm the appointment of Panmure Gordon
(UK) Limited as corporate broker.
