Results of a General Meeting

 

At a General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 18 October 2023 at
10.00am, the following resolution was duly passed.

 

Ordinary Resolution

1.                 That, the payment by the Company to Guinness of the
Initial Fee, such payment being pursuant to the Offer Agreement, details of
which are set out on page 7 of the circular issued to the Company's
shareholders dated 14 September 2023, be approved.
