Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the
Company would like to notify the market of the following:

 

(i)         as at 31 July 2023, the Company's share capital consists
of 4,445,461 ordinary shares with voting rights; and

(ii)        the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,445,461.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
