informed the Exchange regarding 'This is to inform that In terms
of Schedule-III(B)(2) under Regulation-30 of SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it
is hereby informed that the Company is considering the shutting
down of its Fibre Unit situated at Kosamba, Dist. Surat. The
subject initiation is mainly on account of non-viability of its
products. This shutting down however is subject to the approval
of Board of Directors, which shall be sought in due course of
time.']
