India's Gujarat State Fertilizers hits record high on commissioning Vadodara plant

** Shares of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals  GSFC.NS 
rise as much as 11.7% to a record high of 305.95 rupees 
    ** Company commissioned manufacturing plant at Vadodara for
production of Ammonium Sulphate 
    ** Stock has hit multiple record highs in Jan
    ** It has risen ~21% so far this month after gaining ~25% in
Dec. as fertiliser stocks benefited from govt plans to raise
subsidies   
    ** GSFC rose more than 70% in 2023, marking its
biggest-yearly gain since 2014
