** Shares of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals  GSFC.NS 
rise as much as 4.22% to 157.90 rupees
    ** This is stock's most intraday pct gain in over two months
    ** Fertilizers' maker says "a dividend of 10 rupees per
share upon declaration at the upcoming annual general meeting
(AGM) will be paid to shareholders found eligible as on
September 22"
    ** Dividend to be paid on or after September 28: GSFC
    ** Trading volume is 2.50 mln shares as of 11:34 a.m. IST,
1.3 times the 30-day avg - Refinitiv data
    ** Stock up 11.59% in 2023 so far, including day's gains
