Gulf Investment Fund PLC ("GIF" or the "Company")

Dividend

The Company's enhanced dividend policy, published in March 2021, targets an
annual dividend equivalent to 4 per cent. of Net Asset Value at the end of the
preceding year, to be paid in semi-annual instalments.

The Net Asset Value per Share at 30 June 2023 was US$2.3556 and pursuant to
the above stated policy, the directors declare a first interim dividend for
the year ended 30 June 2024 of 4.71 cents per ordinary share.

The dividend will be paid on 6 September 2024 to ordinary shareholders on the
register as at 2 August 2024 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding
ex-dividend date will be 1 August 2024 and the last date for receipt of
currency elections will be 5 p.m. on 16 August 2024.
