Gulf Investment Fund plc (Ticker: GIF)

Tender Offer Update

Further to the announcement on 21 March 2024, the Board of Gulf Investment
Fund plc confirms that the Tender Pool Determination Date had been set at 25
April 2024. As at that date the Final Tender Offer Asset Value was $2,903,083,
giving a Tender Price of $2.5088.

The 1,157,160 Tendered Shares will be cancelled.

It is expected that the proceeds payable to shareholders who tendered shares
will be made on or around 15 May 2024.

For the purposes of this announcement, unless otherwise defined, capitalised
words and phrases shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
