$4.92
    ** Co to be removed from the S&P SmallCap 600 before trading
opens on Wednesday - S&P DJI 
    ** The Pennant Group Inc  PNTGV.O  will replace GIFI, in the
S&P SmallCap 600 before trading opens on Tuesday - S&P DJI 
    ** Co is ranked near the bottom of the S&P SmallCap 600 and
is no longer representative of the small-cap market space - S&P
