Gulf Keystone has today issued its Annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018. The Annual report and accounts are now available on the Company's website www.gulfkeystone.com.
In addition, the Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Friday 21 June 2019 at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport, The Squaire, 60549 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, at 10:00 a.m. (local time). The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today and a copy of the Notice will also be made available on the Company's website: www.gulfkeystone.com
