Dividend Payment
 
At Gulf Keystone's Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2021, shareholders approved the distribution of an ordinary dividend of $25 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
 
The payment is equivalent to 11.697 US cents per Common Share of the Company. It has been converted into pounds sterling at a rate of $1:£0.71587 prevailing on 24 June 2021, and hence a dividend of 8.373p per Common Share will be paid on 2 July 2021 to those shareholders on the register of members of the Company as at 25 June 2021.
