Certain financial instruments are held by an investment fund for which Astaris Capital Management LLP is the discretionary investment manager, and certain financial instruments are held by Mr Gertjan Koomen in his personal capacity.
 
Astaris Capital Management (Cayman) Ltd is the parent undertaking of Astaris Capital Management LLP, and Mr Gertjan Koomen is the ultimate parent of Astaris Capital Management LLP through his ownership of Astaris Capital Management (Cayman) Ltd.
 
Mr Koomen and Astaris Capital Management LLP are therefore making an aggregated disclosure of their combined holdings.
 
Further to the previous TR-1 notifications dated 19 August, 21 August and 25 August 2020, Astaris Capital Management LLP is in the process of distributing all of its holdings in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd to investors in the investment fund. This transaction is the final reportable distribution of such shares.
 
Please note that Sothic Capital Management LLP has changed its name to Astaris Capital Management LLP and that Sothic Capital Management (Cayman) Ltd has changed its name to Astaris Capital Management (Cayman) Ltd.
