The Company has been notified that as part of an internal restructuring,
Mazrui Investments LLC is transferring its existing shareholding in the
Company to its parent company MZI Holding Limited. Mazrui Investments LLC is
100% owned by MZI Holding Limited.

Accordingly, the Company has received the following TR-1 notification which is
