** Shares of bromine producer GURE.O up 4.5% at $4.62
** GURE says it reopened four bromine and crude salt

** Co said on Nov. 30, the government of Shouguang City in
China ordered all bromine facilities be temporarily closed from
Dec. 25 until Feb. 19
** After reopening, it took three to four days to test the
equipment and begin production, which is currently at a level
similar to what it was in middle to late December
** GURE up 7.3% this year, as of last close
