ZURICH/BERLIN, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:

    SWISS NATIONAL BANK
    The Swiss National Bank sees inflation near its peak, with
no signs that higher wages would fuel demand that would lock in
higher prices, SNB Chairman Thomas Jordan told Swiss broadcaster

    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S 
    Credit Suisse Wealth Management division's new boss
Francesco De Ferrari has laid out a new structure from March 1
that revamps its business areas for Europe and Latin America and

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Gurit Holding AG  GUR.S : FY sales 467.9 million Swiss
francs, a decline of -19.8% at constant exchange rates or -18.9%
in reported francs versus prior year; proposing to annual
general assembly a share split and introduction of a single
share structure  GUR.S 
    * Blackstone Resources AG  BLS.S  said it had raised 7.8
million Swiss francs bz issuing 3.2 million new registered
shares at around 2.44 francs per share. The subscription payment
was made by offsetting a loan  BLS.S 
    *Landis+Gyr Group AG  LANDI.S  closed the acquisition of

    Swiss Q1 consumer confidence due at 0800 GMT
