main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:

    UBS to release Q4 2022 results

    * AMS Osram  AMS.S  said its CEO Alexander Everke will step
down after seven years and be replaced by Aldo Kamper.  AMS.S 
    *Gurit Holding AG  GUR.S  reports 2022 net sales of 499.5
million Swiss francs ($540.06 million).  GUR.S 
    *Logitech  LOGN.S  said Charles Boynton would join company
as chief financial officer.  LOGN.S 
    *CARsgen Therapeutics  2171.HK  said it has executed a
collaboration agreement with F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG.  ROGN.S

    *Galenica  GALE.S  subsidiary Verfora will acquire 100% of
