UK's CMA to probe GXO Logistics-Wincanton deal

May 8 (Reuters) - Britain's competition regulator has
decided to investigate U.S.-based warehousing firm GXO
Logistics'  GXO.N  762 million pound  ($952.20 million) buyout
of UK peer Wincanton  WIN.L , it said on Wednesday.
