Block Listing Application

The Gym Group announces that an application has been made to the Financial
Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 41,000
ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the
premium segment of the Official List and traded on the main market of the
London Stock Exchange.

 

The application is being made in respect of shares that will be issued by the
Company under the terms of a supplier agreement. When issued, the Shares will
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the
Company.

 

Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00a.m. on 12 March 2025.
