(the "Company")

Grant of options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme

 

The Company is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2024 Save As You
Earn Scheme (the "2024 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees.

 

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the
Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have
been granted at an exercise price of £1.28 per Ordinary Share in accordance
with the terms of the 2024 SAYE Scheme. The Options were issued on 18 October
2024 and will normally be exercisable from 1 December 2027 for six months.

 

67 employees have elected to participate in the 2024 SAYE Scheme and as a
result, Options over a total of 166,486 Ordinary Shares have been granted in
respect of the 2024 SAYE Scheme, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued
share capital.
